DISCOUNTS

BUKACHOCKEY will provide a 500 CZK discount for a week camp and 250 CZK discount for a week-end camp, if these are attended by siblings.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registered participants must always cancel their camp registration in writing.  Cancellation of a weekend camp more than 15 days before the start of the camp, we will refund the deposit or transfer it to another camp selected by the participant. If the cancellation is less than 15 days before the weekend camp, the cancellation fee will be the deposit for that camp.

If a registered participant cancels their participation in a weekend camp due to health reasons, the cancellation fee is €20 for that camp. However, the reasons must be documented by a medical certificate.

Cancellation  of a  registration for a week-long camp (marked with the letter "K") less than three weeks before the start of the camp, the cancellation fee will be the deposit for that camp. Cancellation  of a week-long camp more than three weeks before the start of the camp, the deposit will be refunded or can be used for another selected camp.

If a registered participant cancels  participation of a week camp  due to health reasons, the cancellation fee of €60 per camp will be charged. However, the reasons must be documented by a medical certificate.

If a registered participant cancels its participation of a week camp less than 14 days before the camp, the cancellation fee is €100. This amount must be paid no later than 14 days after the camp. If the cancellation fee is not paid, the player will not be admitted to the future camps.

If a registered player finds a substitute and this substitute participates in the camp, no cancellation fee will be charged.

PARTICIPANT EXCLUSION

BUKACHOCKEY reserves the right to exclude a player who repeatedly violates the BUKACHOCKEY rules from further training.

BUKACHOCKEY reserves the right to exclude a participant from further training due to a serious disciplinary offense. In this case, BUKACHOCKEY is obligated to inform the parents (guardians) immediately. BUKACHOCKEY is not obliged to refund any remaining amount.

CAMP SCHEDULE

Each participant will receive the camp schedule, including group assignments, no later than 10 days before the start of camp. If the registered participant wishes to share a friend's room, please notify us by email no later than 14 days before the start of camp.

Bukachockey assigns players to individual groups based on age, height, and weight. We reserve the right to change group allocations based on the player's level. If a player has wish to join a different group , then there is possibility after the first training session at the respective camp and with the agreement of the headcoach.

ACCOMMODATION

If a player wishes to stay overnight a day earlier at a multi-day camp, we must be notified at least three weeks before the start of the event.

Parental Accommodation: If a parent wishes to stay with their child in a hotel booked by us, we must be notified at least three weeks before the start of the event. For additional accommodations, the parent will pay a deposit of 30% of the total price. Please note that the price for adults in the hotels booked by us differs from the price for children.

DO NOT FORGET

Students are expected to bring full hockey gear, at leas two hockey sticks, a water bottle and a positive attitude! Every player must have sportswear for dry land practice in the gym, as well as swimsuit. Casual wear for the whole week.

HEALTH INSURANCE

Every participant has to have his own health insurance. Hockey school will not be responsible for injuries that will hapen during the ice hockey practices and dry land practices.

DISCLAIMER

The participant / guardian hereby agrees that the Bukac Ice Hockey School, as well as accompanying trainers and other employees for personal injury and property damage of any kind and cause assume no liability. Sporting activities in camp / school are at your own risk. In no event shall we be liable for any damage or injury caused by accidents in the camp / school, even if you happen in the group in the presence of our employees.
